This program is led by Harvard-trained business and lifestyle expert Dr. Terri Kennedy who knows first-hand what stress can do. She almost worked herself to death a decade ago and now will share with you proven techniques to calm your mind and put you in control of your life.

How It Works:
Start anytime either one-on-one or with a group. We'll set the schedule together and then outline the agenda. Receive a discount on the 6-session 30-minute one-on-one telephone coaching (only $99.99 per session), or lower the price even more by structuring your own group of up to 12 people. For example, with 6 people the price is $62.50 per person/per sesssion; with 12 people the price is $31.25 per person/per session! All group sessions are 90 minutes in-person or via telephone.
