As Sarah Ban Breathnach said: “Today carve out a quiet interlude for yourself in which to dream, pen in hand. Only dreams give birth to change.”

What dream is in your heart? With the increasing speed of modern living, it’s easy to operate on autopilot and forget who you are at your core. Dreams reveal our passions and provide insights into our potential. If you listen, they can offer you clues to who you are becoming and help craft the path to a purposeful life. So, dream with pen in hand. Visualize where you want to be a year from now. Capture the vision in as much detail as possible. Once you’ve painted the picture, outline S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-specific) goals. Consider how you will feel once the dream is realized. That will fuel you to take action and inspire you when life pulls you away. Take time to invest in yourself now and your next year will bring you even more than you imagined.

Until next time, remember – it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!

With Purpose & Power,

Terri
