Listen to this week’s message:
As author Napoleon Hill said, “Most great people have attained their greatest success just one step beyond their greatest failure.”
How resilient are you? There are countless stories of people who pushed past major obstacles to become wildly successful. For example, after graduating from the University of Exeter in England, Joanne Rowling had a series of setbacks. Her mother died after ten years of suffering from multiple sclerosis. Her short-lived marriage left her with an infant daughter, and she found herself living off of welfare. She was diagnosed with clinical depression and even contemplated suicide. Throughout it all, she kept writing about this imaginary wizard named Harry Potter. When she was finished, twelve publishing houses rejected the manuscript. Today, “J.K.” Rowling is internationally-renowned for her seven-book fantasy series which has grossed over $24 billion and includes films, video games and even a theme park. In 2004, she became the first billionaire author. Whatever you are trying to achieve, take the next step. Whether it is finishing your own novel, growing a business, or progressing in your career, don’t be discouraged. If you believe it in your heart, you are destined to manifest it… if you are willing to persist. Do your part and continue pressing forward. Unprecedented favor might be just around the corner!
Until next time, remember – it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!
With Purpose & Power,
