SET S.M.A.R.T. GOALS

As Australian cricket umpire Bill Copeland said: “The trouble with not having a goal is that you spend your life running up and down the field and never score.”

What is your highest priority goal right now? If you can’t answer that, then you probably don’t have a clear roadmap for achieving it. This week, take a look at what you want to accomplish and use the S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting process to help get you there. In other words, choose one goal that will have the highest impact on your life. Break the goal into smaller steps and make sure each step is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-based. This will help you keep on track and systematically progress toward the end zone.
